• Routine – United Process makes the 1st of 3 attempts within 7 business days.
• Rush – United Process makes the 1st of 3 attempts within 3 business days.
• Same Day – United Process makes the 1st of 3 attempts when possible on the same day it is received.

For Service Outside of New York City:

• Routine – United Process makes 1st of 3 attempts within 10 business days.
• Rush – United Process makes 1st of 3 attempts within 5 business days.
• Same Day – United Process makes 1st of 3 attempts when possible on the same day it is received.
