Order to Show Cause

An Order to Show Cause is a time sensitive document signed by a judge, compelling a party to appear and/or adhere to the judge’s demands in said order. The order specifies the court appearance date and how the document is to be served. UPSI is highly experienced in complying with a judge’s explicit order.
